Sara Renzulli
The Artist:
Sara Renzulli is a fine artist specializing in fiber art and 2D media – oil painting, watercolors, and pastels. Starting with countless horse drawings and water colors, Sara then discovered oil painting and spent twenty years painting rural life and portraits for galleries and private commissions.
In 2008, Needle felting came at a time when art sales declined due to the economy, and she began to sell her small needle felted animals on Etsy. She realized that there was a demand for needle felted products and tutorials. Sarafina Fiber Art was born and is well renowned in the needle felting world for innovation, quality, customer service, and a spirit of sharing.
Thanks to the exposure to fiber art, the know-how and equipment involved, Sara developed her Cosset & Lock brand of silk and wool textiles. Cosset & Lock has a truly unique offering in design combining new fiber art techniques to create one-of-a-kind throws and textiles.
Sara believes in the importance of creativity in our lives and that the Universe has room for all of it. The impetus behind her drive is to share, create, and give back with a learning spirit and a sense of humor.

Guild Meeting/Program: Needle Felting, Fibers, and Fiber Art Crossover
